ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Gov. Martin O'Malley has appointed two people to the Maryland Public Service Commission.
Kevin Hughes has served as the governor's deputy legislative officer since 2007. He has worked on energy policy for the administration. Before joining O'Malley's administration, he was an analyst for the Maryland Department of Legislative Services.
Is THAT what is known as "friends with benefits"? Hughes doesn't look like he's EVER had a REAL job....just sucking up the public's money at the trough, telling the rest of us (and steering contract and jobs to HIS friends (more "benefits) how we should live appreciate his dedication to "public service". Someone's getting "served", thats for sure. Its John Q. Public.
