CINCINNATI - A coroner says a southwest Ohio teenager who died after being hit by a stun gun also had been shocked with a stun gun last year.
Police say an 18-year-old man attending summer classes at the University of Cincinnati was struck by a campus officer's stun gun and died of cardiac arrest this weekend. They say the teen, identified by The Cincinnati Enquirer as Everette Howard, approached officers in a dormitory hallway, appearing agitated and angry, and when officers ordered him to back off, he refused and was struck with a stun gun.
"agitated and angry, and when officers ordered him to back off, he refused and was struck with a stun gun."
ReplyDeleteno sympathy for idiots.
It is not illegal to be agitated and angry even less so if you are only "appearing to be"....especially while at a liberal university. Maybe he just looks angry, but in any event two "officers" can't control, talk down or subdue a teenager in a dorm w/o electrocuting him? Good thing there weren't any two year olds throwing a tantrum.
