Ocean City Beaches Open, Surfing Permitted

OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) - Ocean City is getting back to normal after shutting down for Hurricane Irene.

Beach Patrol lifeguards are back on duty and beaches are open with all swimming restrictions lifting.

    When I was cleaning on Sunday they were already surfing on 52nd street
