Yes, that is a handicap wheel chair on the back of the scooter. Not something I have ever seen before.

Joe the wheelchair does not have a handicap. the driver does.

I pulled up next to them the other day, they are saving up for a "real" motorcycle! These guys have HEART!

That kickstand under the bike didn't put itself down. Someone with two legs that could walk did that.

I swear man people are trying to make a story out of this. I understand why Joe put it up, but really this dude says "Someone with two legs did that". Could they not ask someone walking by when they pulled up to place it up for them?
