Is Salisbury Under Attack Again?

Like dogs peeing on a fire hidrant, gangs and wanna be kids are once again marking their territory, (or so they believe) throughout Salisbury once again.

    2:14 I know plenty of high school graduating white kids that can't write a complete sentence. Its sad for us all.
