If There's One Place You Don't Want To Break The Law, Its My Home
Its one thing to believe that one individual could be stupid enough to come to the home of the Owner of Salisbury News and dump trash onto my property. It's another thing to do it TWICE and think you're not going to get caught, especially on camera.
Take this Idiot for example. Now, what do you think this guy does for a living. Would you believe he's a local Correctional Officer? Well, it's true, he is.
With the cooperation of the Delaware State Police, this Correctional Officer was instructed to come back to the property he dumped trash and construction debris, (not once, but twice) and collect everything he dumped. He was then told he had to show up at the DSP Headquarters today with a receipt from the Dump. If he didn't do so immediately he would be fined $1,000.00, $500.00 for each time he dumped each load.
I call this my own version of Homeland Security. I want to thank the Delaware State Police for responding so quickly. All of the trash and debris has been completely removed.
Was the real trash in the back of the truck or driving it?
ReplyDeleteHow about staking out my property and catching the a--hole dumping on us. There is no sense at why these people do this and most of them have got to ride right by a transfer station to dump illegally.
ReplyDeleteIf I could find out who is doing it I would do exactly what you did!
WTG Joe! I am so glad you followed through with this. What an IDIOT!
ReplyDeleteNow they should make him walk a 5 mile stretch of a road and pick up ALL the trash.
ReplyDeletewe don't get a name??
ReplyDeleteDoes this guy still have a job?
ReplyDeleteblog the dumping bandit joe. give us a name so that we may shun him and throw fruit at him.
ReplyDeleteThe guy gets to guard OTHER criminals? I'd check him out thoroughly...probably a conduit for the entry of drugs and contraband into the jails/prisons, too. if he is so willing to flaunt the law (EVERYBODY knows its against the law to do what he did), then what OTHER laws is he flaunting? Get a badge and all of the sudden, you are above the law. No surprise there. Good work, Joe. On another note, any word on the "burn ban" now that we got all that rain?
ReplyDeleteI have seen that truck with always late on the tail gate alot.
ReplyDeleteYou should have thrown his A S a beating.....

Yeah, and then get an assault charge. Possibly be in jail where that guy undoubtedly has friends.
Pay money for a lawyer, fines, whatever.
Which one, I ask you, was the better choice? Please, no help from the audience. Let's see if this guy can think beyond his caveman tendencies.
Hey 2:30 it was just a comment and what i would have done, its girls like you that would go up to an A sHOLE like that and say "excuse me do you have a permit to dump your garbage on my property" grow up , an eye for an EYE....
ReplyDeleteWhere was Jimmy Henderson?

ReplyDeletelol. Yup, the response I expected. This 'girl' rests her case.
Delaware needs more transfer stations. It is no wonder so many dump their crap on the side of the road. (not that that excuses it, but you have to drive all the way to Georgetown)
ReplyDeletePriceless!
