WASHINGTON -- "Not much good takes place at slumber parties for high school kids, and this case proves the point."
That was the opinion of U.S. District Judge Philip P. Simon in a case involving some teenage girls, a couple of lollipops and several raunchy photographs.
In 2009, a few Indiana girls took suggestive pictures of themselves -- some while playing with "phallic-shaped rainbow-colored" candy -- during a series of summer sleepovers. Some photos were later posted to MySpace and Facebook. The pics made their way to the principal and resulted in athletic suspensions and one girl missing a choir performance.
