Ordinance No. 2166 - 2nd reading - amending Chapter 15.26 Rental of Residential Premises, of the Salisbury Municipal Code, to require allleases for rental dwelling units within the City, whether such leases are verbal or written, to have a written copy of the City of Salisbury Tenants’ Rights Lease Addendum signed by both the landlord and all tenants of majority age
