Step 1 to jobs creation. Get rid of the whole fiasco and maybe we'll see a turnaround in the economy.

ReplyDeleteObama, as does every President, has a whole bunch of White House lawyers at his disposal. One would think that at least some of them would know what is Consitutional or not. It shouldn't take a judge to make that ruling. Obama's legal team should have known and apprised him before it was put forth to the American people. As Rick says, "Pathetic."
