Brushing aside concerns about a potential crisis in the French banking sector, stocks have jumped to session highs, continuing the run of remarkable turbulence in the markets in recent days. Strength in shares of Cisco, up 17%, and a better-than-expected weekly jobs report are providing support. The Dow is up 270, or 2.5%, to 10995, the Nasdaq Composite surged 73, or 3%, to 2453, and the S&P 500 rallied 31, or 2.8%, to 1151.
