BREAKING NEWS: Personal Spending Unexpectedly Falls; Income Rises
Personal spending fell 0.2% in June from May, weaker than the 0.2% increase economists had been expecting. Personal income rose 0.1% in June from May, also missing estimates of a 0.2% increase.
Makes sense. Inflation's coming! Actually, it's been here for a while in my home, regardless of the stats the gov't tries to push on us. Why spend the extra money when you're sure to need it later?
