Why buy a house when you're unemployed.
ReplyDeleteWith Obama threatening to have a "penalty" tax on honmes larger than 2500 sf, and threatening to cause energy prices to "neccessarily skyrocket", and local governments threatening to hike taxes to pay for public employee pensions, an Obama threatening to eliminate the mortgage interest tax deduction, and Obama threatening to get into the landlord business, what do they expect?
ReplyDeleteanonymous 12:24 is clearly a republican. Democrats would never bring up such a thing and believe these hand outs are for them, which they are. Then they can foreclose on the property and since almost every one else in America is going bankrupt, it can't hurt their credit anyway.
ReplyDeleteSoon enough we'll hear about legislation forgiving ALL of those people who went bankrupt because that's what democrats do best.

ReplyDeleteWith my business basically going down the drain, I would love to be able to even sell my house let alone buy a house. I am stuck paying a house payment that takes every cent I earn thanks to Mr. Obama. He has turned our country into a septic tank. I would make more on unemployment benefits so guess I should be just like all the rest and go that direction.
