Railroad Station on Display Near Life Saving Station

All aboard!  New this summer, the Ocean City Museum Society is presenting the original train station model built by the late Edgar Gaskins along with a scenic town mural painted and researched by Beverly Lynch, which reflects the Town of Ocean City in the early 1900s.

The model and mural can be viewed in the showcase located on the west side of the tower at the southern end of the Boardwalk, near the Inlet and the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum. While at the Inlet, plan a visit to the museum and see unique exhibits about Ocean City and its history. The museum is open daily and also offers free family programs every Monday through Saturday throughout the summer beginning at 10 a.m. For more information, call the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum at 410-289-4991 or visit www.ocmuseum.org.
