Millsboro-The Delaware State Police early Sunday morning charged Nicholas J. Fell-50 of Georgetown, DE for 6th Offense Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol after he was observed speeding on a motorcycle.
The incident occurred early Sunday morning July 17, 2011 at approximately 1:00 a.m. in the area of State Route 24 and Bay Farm Road, Millsboro, as a Trooper on a patrol utilizing moving radar observed a 2005 Harley Davidson traveling over the posted speed limit.
The Trooper conducted a vehicle stop and after further investigation Fell was charged with his 6th Offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and related traffic offenses. Fell was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution for lack of $6200.00 Cash Bond.
WHERE in the world is the drunk driver registry at. Would love to know these people and if they live near us , so we can protect ourselves////.....HEY ANNAPOLIS HELP PROTECT us from drunk driver ...THEY KILL.////

They need to put measures in place to keep these people OFF the roads!
Send them to JAIL and keep them there until they've been rehabbed.
I understand someone making a stupid mistake with their first DUI, but any above the first one, stick it to them! They don't care and they obviously think, or know, they can get away with it.
