Dog Found In Going Nuts Cafe Parking Lot

    Does anyone know-- if a dog is found and it's pretty clear that it is just lost and not homeless or abandoned and it is taken to the humane society can someone go and get it and take care of it until the owner is located? or once it's there it has to stay?

    there was a lost report filed on this dog, and it was returned to it's owner.
