YouTube Your Pot Garden, Wind Up in Jail

If you happen to be proud of your involvement in a pot growing operation, it's probably best to resist the urge to brag about your accomplishments on YouTube. A Southern California man led investigators to his alleged criminal enterprises by posting videos of his pot-growing setup.

CBS Los Angeles reports authorities discovered the man used his pot profits to fund a phishing scheme that netted him as much as $1 million. The man, who allegedly hacked in to bank accounts of victims, transferring funds to another account, pleaded guilty to 49 counts of bank and wire fraud and was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
