Yes, to answer 1:48. Mr. Cooper is an amazing man, particularly for having turned 100 last year. His mind is still as keen as that of someone much younger. He lives on his own, his wife having passed away. It is a pleasure to talk with him; he has so much knowledge and recall. We should all be like him at 80 as he is at 100+. What an inspiration!
Mr Cooper is a true public servant! I have had the pleasure of working with him before. He is an extremely wise and intelligent individual. I can guarantee you that he will continue to aid this City through its woes until the day he finally rests his head! He is a prime example of a dedicated public servant and we should all aspire to be half the man he is. Thanks be to you Mr. Cooper, you are certainly appreciated!
