So teens get charged with a felony and Weiner has a press conference to admit what he did and he goes back to Congress? Really? Is that how our system is suppose to work?
A 15-year-old boy and girl have been arrested after teachers found that the girl had texted a topless photo of herself.
Police were called after the boy told a teacher at the school in Brooksville, Florida, that he had forwarded a cell phone picture of the girl’s breast.
Both were charged with transmission of pornography by electronic device and taken to Hernando County Jail before being released on bail.

The boy should be charged for doing that. He passed on the picture of the girl without her knowing it. Sleazy.
ReplyDeleteThe Florida Senate has voted to decriminalise the sending of sexually explicit text messages, photos or videos via cell phone or other devices by minors.
ReplyDeleteBut the new law has yet to be signed by Governor Rick Scott.
That's more like it.
in fact its child pornography because they were both sending it and theyre both underage.
ReplyDeleteYep, thats about all you can expect from this country anymore. A congressman comes out and has a whole press confrence on how he tweeted a picture of his genitalia, but nothing more comes about it, meanwhile some high school kids in Florida are held to a higher standard. People who are in a position of power usually can be pardoned, or most will look the other way. But when it is the everyday person who brakes rule, or law then there is nothing anyone can do its "just the way things are". If Weiner does not resign from his position then this government is of no more use. Constant complaints, spending, and moronic ideas is not what this country needs.

But no words of wisdom for the young female already sending boys her naked photo, has to be a woman...
I wish we had cell phones when we were kids! Now days they start off with not enough clothes on they don't need nudes on the phone.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone else realize that the photo Weiner posted is no more risque than what most people wear to the beach? It wasn't a nude photo.
ReplyDeleteNot only did the girl send a nude photo, but she was underage.
BIG DIFFERENCE.
Sen. David Vitters of Louisiana was caught having sex with a prostitute while wearing a diaper, and not only did he not resign, he was re-elected.
ReplyDeleteAnother case of IOKIYAR - It's OK If You're A Republican.
Weiner is a Democrat.
