ReplyDeleteARRESTED #7: Bertram Lee Devonald, 61 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
ReplyDeleteHe used to be the manager at Accurate Optical years ago. Im glad they got this pervert. He was always making the younger women that worked there feel uncomfortable
3:41 is that you April Taylor. Can't imagine you of all people being scared of any man.
ReplyDeleteFour of the male customers that were arrested were ages 57 to 75. Come on officers, they are harmless. Give them a break.
ReplyDeleteSo people can give it away free, but not sell it? Total government over-reach. If 2 consenting adults want to engage in this activity I say let them, but make them get tested. I'd also ban them from conducting their business on the streets, but most would likely not want to anyways- if given a choice. Issue them a license and tax their income.
ReplyDeleteYeah, 4:54, I'll write them a check to Jane Doe, LLC and 1099 them at the end of the year! RIIIIGGHHHTTT!
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts:
ReplyDelete1) I'd like to see pictures of the women, average 40-45 years old, I'm sure they're lookers
2) If these old guys want to mess around with some ugly middle aged women, who cares? It's not like they're going to give their wives VD as they probably haven't gotten any in at least 10 years.
3) Tax it
Get with the times. eHarmony provides pictures and shares fantasy desires amongst their members. These police releases aren't worth anything unless they include photos to protect the citizens from "uglies".
ReplyDelete3:47
ReplyDeleteHECK no I'm not April. That was a HUGE insult lol. Heck if her own husband doesn't scare her Im sure that pervert wouldn't. She would probably welcome any attention from a man.
3:47 remark has nothing to do with this posting. G A it should be deleted.
ReplyDelete4:54, should the government then let these "working women" take their hard earned money and buy crack with it, because that what all of them do. By fighting one problem you are also attacking other problems as well, but I suppose you all ready knew that since you apparently know everything.
ReplyDeleteWELL WELL the great working stopped crime Sex Offender List will now grow even larger with these names...is it not great to see how a million dollar plus program is working so great in md. and stopping crime ....so easily. WE need more REGISTRIES in Md and NOW so we can stop all CRIMES and not only sex offenses...because lets face it . the way it stands now you can pee in public or get caught having sex with wifey in woods and on LIST...sooner or later we will all know SOMEONE on this ever growing list..
ReplyDeleteWhat is good enough for the goose is good enough for the gander...if the woman are selling it & these old guys are buying it then they both deserve to be charged.....
ReplyDeleteYou are correct 6:02. These so called working girls are the drug dealers #1 customers. Not only crack but heroin and meth.
ReplyDeleteThey are nasty all of them the prostitutes and the people promoting them...I'm glad my tax dollars are at work thanks to safe streets project!
ReplyDeleteI pretty much agree with 4;54. If women want to sell and men want to buy, what's the deal? The ladies are providing a service, just as a lawn care person or home improvement company does. I say, let them at it!
ReplyDeleteThe problem with those against legalizing it is the evidence. It is CURRENTLY legal in Clark County, Nevada. The women are tested monthly and they have yet to record even ONE HIV-positive test. These women make over $100k/yr and don't need to sell drugs to make ends meet. Of course some of them likely get involved in using drugs, just as some policemen, judges, teachers, etc... aka people from virtually every occupation use drugs. What is interesting to note is that these legal prostitutes pay federal taxes. So the next time you are riding down a road paid for with federal stimulus money or drinking water in Salisbury (who rec'd federal stimulus money for their new tank) one could say a very, very small portion of that was paid for by turning tricks.
ReplyDeleteCorrect, where there are prostitutes the hard drugs (crack/heroin) aren't far away. The pimps like to keep them dependent, it's good for their business making money from their girls tricks and their addiction.
ReplyDeleteSalisbury isn't the Mustang Ranch.
Glad they are posting the johns' names. About time.
ReplyDeleteI know one of the john's, he was always an arrogant SOB. Funny to see his name "under lights".
ReplyDeleteif some of these older men are still able to perform at their age i say let them have at it
ReplyDelete8:45, I don't think the prostitution problem in Salisbury involves "pimps." These ladies are commonly referred to as "Crack Whores" and will charge as little as $5.00 for a service. Their addiction is what took them to this point in their lives. They are usually involved with thefts also.
ReplyDeleteWhat a joke. The whole damn town.
ReplyDelete8:45- it doesn't have a chance to operate cleanly here like the Mustang Ranch because it is illegal. If it were legal and heavily regulated and taxed as in Nevada then perhaps Salisbury wouldn't have this problem. Then the police could go back to doing things like catching the guy that shot Greg at East Side Deli nearly 2 years ago. Or solving the open bank robberies. Or the open murder cases. But heaven's forbid a senior citizen or any citizen have sex that isn't free. That we must stomp out!
ReplyDeleteThe "Mustang Ranch" hasn't been around in years. Something about tax fraud and racketeering charges brought against the owner.
ReplyDeleteThe property was eventually auctioned off with no one beating the door down to reopen it as a brothel.
All these women have to do is change their sales pitch to get away with it. "You tell the customer that sex is free with me, but you must use a condom, and I just happen to have one, it costs $----- for it."
ReplyDeleteThat is how they can get away with it legaly, this is how ticket scalpers are cercomventing the law. "I got 2 Super Bowl tickets I will throw in if you by this $400.00 keychain" This has been tested in court already in some states and the scalper was let go!!!
I knew those girls were to hot to be real prostitutes!!
ReplyDelete6:33 PM
ReplyDeleteWE need more REGISTRIES in Md
I hope you were being sarcastic.
If not, you are nuts.
Earl Brooks 75 is (or was )an Elder of the AME Church....the leader of a very large district with several churches in Baltimore City...WOW!!!
ReplyDeleteThe comment about the perve at the job who made young women feel uncomfortable is correct. He is a perv. He dates young hookers on drugs and has still been seen doing this where he was originally caught and other places as well. His current conquest are younger than his child viz a viz 25ish. is this what it takes to be labelled
ReplyDeletea perve. I say it is.
