Ok, what are we looking at? Looks like someone is trying to pump, but not doing it in a manner that will solve their problem.

isn't this the same hose that was draining the water out of there and onto the street yesterday afternoon?
Where is all of this water coming from? It can't be from rain if it's here in Salisbury. :|

you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. LOL
there's an electrical extension cord submerged in the water. what a shocker! RE; 4:53get a life and stay off the shore if you don't like it or it's people.
