On the above time and date officers conducted a traffic stop on a white 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier. Upon contact with the occupant, the distinct odor of Marihuana was detected. A subsequent search revealed the presence of CDS resulting in the subject’s arrest.

On the above date and time officers conducted a traffic stop on a 1992 Chevrolet truck for a missing license plate. Contact with the occupants revealed the truck belonged to neither the operator nor the passenger. The above subject advised that the vehicle belonged to a relative. A consent search of the vehicle was requested and granted whereupon an open container of alcohol was discovered as well as CDS. The above subject was arrested and transported to WCDC where he was released into the custody of Central Booking.

On the above time and date officers responded to a reported domestic in progress. Upon arrival it was related to the officers that the above named subject had been ingesting CDS and using family finances to purchase it. The location of the CDS was pointed out to the officers by the above named subject and upon examining the area, CDS and paraphernalia was discovered. The subject was subsequently arrested and transported to WCDC where he was released into the custody of Central Booking.

On the above date and time officers responded to a reported theft of a bicycle which had just occurred. Several witnessess provided discriptions of the two subjects that had taken the bicycle, the clothing they were wearing and the direction they headed. A broadcast was put out and within moments another Fruitland officer advised he had the subjects in sight. They were apprehended in possession of the stolen property. They were arrested, charged and transported to WCDC where they were remanded into the custody of Central Booking.

On the above date and time officers responded to a report of two subjects fighting in the street. Upon arrival the above named subjects were observed in the street loudly yelling profanities at one another. Witnesses advised that subject Ward had grabbed subject Justis by the neck. Subject Justis had struck subject Ward in the face. Both subjects were placed under arrest. Ward resisted attempts to be placed in a patrol unit and continued to behave in a disorderly manner throughout the transport and detention process. Both subjects were transported and remanded into the custody of Central Booking.
