Federal officials were divided on whether to dismiss a Delaware Republican Party complaint against former GOP Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell, according to documents released this week.
O’Donnell celebrated the complaint’s dismissal earlier this month as a vindication. But documents released by the Federal Election Commission show the agency deadlocked 3-3 along party lines over whether she violated federal law, with Republican commissioners voting to dismiss the complaint.
The September complaint from the Delaware Republican Party alleged the California-based Tea Party Express group illegally helped O’Donnell in her 2010 Senate primary bid against former Rep. Mike Castle, who lost.
would still love to throw her a bone!

ReplyDeleteJust remember that the First Lady has just returned from an $800K vacation in Africa with the kids and we hear that they are already planning a Martha's Vineyard vacation for the family (between golf outings of course). All at the same time, we hear a speech telling us how Corporate Jet tax breaks are robbing our children. I don't think this settles well with the Nation's unemployed.
