GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) -- Sussex County officials plan to discuss a proposal to grant automatic extensions to developers whose projects have been hampered by the economy.
The News Journal of Wilmington, Del., reports the county Council will take up the issue at a meeting Tuesday. The proposal is being sponsored by Councilman Vance Phillips, who says further delays to
projects could hurt the local economy.
