Let see increase sewer and water rates, once again more affect on the working middle class. Parking Rates is that about an increase on the permits? If so isn't that putting the burden on the poor middle class once again to pay for everyone using downtown? Also, furloughs weren't being done across the broad to make it fair, the Mayor just wanted the money again at the cost of the workers to fund his projects. What BS.
