The 2011 Maryland League of Conservation Voters Environmental Scorecard was released Tuesday afternoon. How did our Eastern Shore delegation fare?

While not always the case, a good rule of thumb is that the higher a Delegate’s or Senator’s score, the less pro-growth (pro – job creation) he or she is. None of the Shore’s delegation had scores in the 90% – 100% range, Delegates Norm Conway (D-38B) and Rudy Cane (D-37A), along with Sen. Jim Mathias (D-38) have scores that are getting up there.
We would recommend that you carefully read the LCV’s scorecard and see what votes were scored.
A good rule of thumb is that the higher the Delegate's or Senator's score, the more out of touch they are with their constituents.
