that thing lives on riverside dr near pine bluff in some guy's yard that loves sit there and show it off to traffic. distracting to say the least for some of the blue hairs riding down the street. aren't there any laws against keeping a horse in the city limits? just curious...
I think more people should do this. With gas prices going up the way they are, I'm thinking of putting a small corral in the parking lot where I work so I can ride my horse to work lol
