    I never ceases to amaze me how he makes makes himself look like a fool. I am sure he has handlers who tell him what the protocol should be for such an event, but he is so arrogant that he thought he knew what he was doing.

    And this is someone we have as our PRESIDENT? Very scary to say the least.

    1:50 is wearing rose colored glasses. Obama looked like a stooge. I watched it 3 times and he looked like a lost puppy. Who the hell would talk through a nations anthem. Oh the anointed arrogant one.

    Maybe someone can clue me in, but I did not find anything awry with the toast. I am not an expert on protocol, so maybe someone who is can tell me what you think is wrong. And 1:19, why don't you re-read what you have written and then tell us that YOU are not dumb!

    Thanks, 3:01, for cluing me in. Maybe I should have listened three times, as the sound is not too good on my computer. You're right, one does not toast the queen during the playing of "God Save the Queen." I thought that all Presidents have aides who are experts on such things. I know that the White House has a person who is "Chief of Protocol." Well, the toast itself was OK, and the Queen didn't look as if were not amused. (Maybe she was smiling at Obama).

    Im no expert however one does not talk during the playing of a nation anthem. When you make a toast to the Queen its usually just that and not a speech. If you notice when he raised he glass and said "to her mastery the queen" The band started to play.
