Yesterday SbyNEWS asked a question – Is the Wicomico County government a good steward of the taxpayers’ money? This question should be continually asked about every government – federal, state, county, and municipal. I think the good people of Montgomery County are asking that question right now.
On Thursday the Montgomery County Council passed a $4.4 billion (that’s right, BILLION) operating budget for FY 2012. While school funding was cut, the council found a way to pay over $400,000 for VIAGRA.
Sure they will find viagra and I would be willing to bet that birth control isn't covered. They want to produce as many dedpendants on the government as possible.
ReplyDeletePriorities Priorities. If mommy aint happy, aint no body happy.
ReplyDeleteOur local, state, federal goverments are so corrupt in the way they do business. We are in the worse times with lay-offs, hight gas prices and we all have less money to spend. The less we have the more our goverments seek ways to take more instead of letting us keep more of our hard earned money.I am willing to give up some of the things our goverment feel they must support.
ReplyDeleteHow many grumpy men have you worked with and you ask yourself, HMMMMM I wonder if he is getting any at home!! Keep the Viagra it makes for a happy work place!
