BREAKING NEWS: Pending Home Sales Unexpectedly Plunge In April

Pending sales of existing U.S. homes dove 11.6% in April to a 7-month low. Economists had been expecting a 1% drop.

    No surprise there it's still going down and will be a while at least a couple more years before it starts a real come back.

    I am so glad I sold my home in November and took a little less than I wanted to.
