  2. Absolutely - take that money and pay down the debt.....or have a scientific group find alternative energy with it......the original intent.....

  3. Absolutely. These guys need to be punished even more for scalping the public with 3 cents a gallon in profits. The Feds on take 24 cents off the top - they deserve the other 3. Along with restrictions on exploration, drilling, and refining bet we could send prices really high.

  4. No, the tax cuts were established to encourage expanded domestic oil exploration, to lessen our dependence on foriegn oil. The current administration has strangled domestic oil exploration, contributing to the current price of all petroleum fuels. Federal policy should again encourage domestic exploration, not destroy it altogether.

  5. 10:57 If you think the oil companies only make 3 cents off a gallon of gas - you're sorely mistaken. On "paper" they may be showing a net of 3 cents per gallon but just remember one thing, they have people doing their "papers" for them and they can make it show any number they want. Your profits don't rise 65% if you're only making 3 cents on a gallon of gas. Common sense tells you this is not right.
Some people think the store makes all the money, but they don't. Stores who have pumps have them because it's another way to hopefully get you in the door to their store to purchase the higher markup items they sell. It's not the gas they make their money on. I know this for fact.

  6. What about ending any and all subsidies used outside of the US and its Territories period. End borrowing money that is not used within the US and its Territories also.

  7. they get the same tax breaks as any other company. if you do it to them, you have to do it to them all, and that will put an end to alot of jobs, as no company will invest in itself.

  8. If they do $4 dollars a gallon will be almost stealing. Who do think pays for it all in the end? Answer = the consumer.

  9. I think we give tax breaks only if we get something in return. For example, they receive tax breaks as long as prices at the pump stay below a specified price. This would give them incentives to keep prices down.

You Tube Obama about the price of Gasoline he stated we would be paying this year; his statements from last year.

You must understand that HOME-BOY hates the USA and has made the value of our dollar the lowest ever, and in two years will be worthless; we will not be able to buy anything-FOOD-WATER-GAS and so forth.

Obama said GAS will cost us b/w $6.00-$12.00 a gallon just like in GERMANY and ENGLAND. He wrote laws to keep us from drilling, and with the value of the Dollar going down we are under OBAMA'S THUMB! Just where he wants us.
