  3. kind of sounds like "pastor corbin" who had sex offender charges and then decides to run a church. pathetic. what i want to know is why the wicomico sex offender site on wico sheriffs site did not state what this guy was doing! like so many others listed there as well. there's one guy on there with no employer listed and he just opened up a candy store near food lion! it boggles my mind!

  5. Not surprising in todays world. How sad. I am also an advocate for random drug testing for anyone who works for the board of ed at any capacity. Teachers, bus drivers,admin,etc...

  6. 12:11-

Because the Sex Offender site is operated and maintained/updated through the state, not the county in which the offender lives. They have to report and stay active in their "registration" in the county in which they reside, but that information is sent to the state level and THEY are the ones responsible for the official website changes, unfortunately. This is also why a lot of times adresses and employment takes so long to get updated, they may be updated withing their county law enforcement office registration, but it takes them a little bit longer to go through the state updates! Stinks for us concerned parents that try so hard to monitor them, although I feel this article is on a totally different playing field than that of a convicted sex offender. She was/is an adult and didnt break any laws, and should not be treated or classified with any sex offenders, IMO.

  8. 1:31...i know the state is behind...i'm talking about the local county site that is found on the wicomico county sheriffs website. Locally it would seem they would have better tabs on them. They've been able to update the pictures, why not the information too??
The teacher..whatever...that's no big deal. I'm not saying she did anything wrong. I'm just saying that your past will come back to haunt you! BUT IF YOU ARE AN OFFENDER, why do more people have to pay?

  9. I'm confused.....how did this teacher get associated with the title of sex offender and now needs drug testing?
