While on routine patrol, Fruitland officers observed a gold Ford Ranger travelling at what appeared to be a speed greater than the posted speed limit northbound on North Division Street. Upon stopping the vehicle the above named subject was identified as the operator and sole occupant. A strong odor of burnt marijuana was detected eminating from the vehicle. As a result of this observation, a K9 scan was initiated which resulted in CDS and CDS Paraphernalia being discovered.
