ReplyDeleteEighty seven years old, can you imagine the things that lady has seen and lived threw, my what you could of learned from her. Thats sad.
ReplyDeleteSad that this happened at all, but very sad that she was killed by her own grandson. What is happening to our world?
ReplyDeleteI believe Fulton Slemons was her husband...What a tragedy, especially a grandson,I won't speculate....
ReplyDeleteThis is a shame!!! Mrs. Slemon's was one of nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to know! She was truly a wonderful woman. And yes this was her grandson! Way to go SPD!!!
ReplyDeleteNow what kind of animal would have the heart to kill their own flesh and blood. What kind of animal could wrap their hands around their defenseless elderly grandmother and watch her take her last breath!
ReplyDeletePlease give me 10 minutes with that animal!
A coward.
ReplyDeleteWhat addiction did he have?
ReplyDeleteI wonder how long (it will) take before the average working person has to give up half of there check just to pay the countries bills? Theres another one,(ching,ching...). Its unstastainable.
ReplyDeleteWhat is becoming of our black youth. We are losing them by the numbers. A cycle that has to be broken. Being of the black community (I'm actually bi-racial black and white)I wish I could do something to help change things. I do the best I can by making sure my future (my son) gets hugged every day, feels how much he is loved everyday, and learns respect, love, and grows up with morals. Most of these hoodlums need are lacking the basics, love, affection and plain and simple they need to be taught respect. What is the world going to be like when my son who is now 8 is grown with children? I can only pray the cycle we have started in our household...continues with him and his generations to come. I pray for our community and every community, every race, that we learn to LOVE each other again. God Help Us All!!
ReplyDeleteOur new States Attorney is getting his plate filled rather quickly. Were in good hands.
ReplyDelete9:02 thanks for showing yourself. Boys need the father. I will die feeling that stuff. Its supposed to be the natural order of things.
ReplyDeleteAmen 9:02
ReplyDeleteIt all starts at home!
You would think that with a black president that black males would step up their game and try to make something out of themselves. There is no family unit in that community. A mother can have five kids with five different fathers, and since the fathers are trifling and unemployed (or in jail) we have to pay for it via welfare. Cut them off and see if their sex drive decreases!
ReplyDeleteIf there is a heaven I think Sara has someone to look after her now, shes in good hands. Dont know why I know that. Its bigger than me.
ReplyDeleteAnon 1034 some countries make you work to receive govt assistance of any kind. I feel we should here also.
ReplyDelete10:34 I understand your frustrations but its not fair to say that there is no family structure in the entire community. I am married with one child and I was married 4years before I was a mother and my child is my husbands.(I am college educated and my husband is a tradesman) Also both my husband and I grew up in two parent households with our natural parents those that are still married til this day. My point is that the future looks grim if more of us don't continue to reinforce the imporatance of family structure and values. I completely agree that the government should find an alternative rather than just paying for more and more children of broken households but its not how you think in every case. I'm just sayin.... Thank you 9:53 and 10:19
