Maryland Explosions: Two Packages Explode At Government Buildings In Hanover And Annapolis

    The last I heard they were no explosives found in the packages. One made a 'pop' sound when opened and the other made a little smoke.

    No one was injured.

    There were two people injured but they have stated repeatedly that these were not "explosions".
