Destruction Of Dr. Earl B. Bradley Items

Rehoboth Beach- On Wednesday, January 26, 2011, Delaware State Police assisted by DELDOT personnel and equipment, removed the items owned by Dr. Earl B. Bradley from the Secure Self Storage Unit, where the items had been stored.
 
After removal, the items were transported to an undisclosed remote facility, where they were destroyed, rendered useless, and disposed of, under the supervision of the Delaware State Police and the Attorney General’s Office.
 
Through the removal, destruction, and disposal of these items, the Delaware State Police wanted to alleviate the concerns expressed by the families of the victims and the community, and ensure that these items were destroyed and would not be resold or utilized again.
 
The Delaware State Police wishes to thank DELDOT for their assistance in the utilization of their personnel and equipment to facilitate the destruction and disposal of the property.

  2. With the evidence found I'm sure he is guilty but in this country anymore with all the news outlets people are convicted before they even go to to court. Destroying someones personal belongings before they are convicted is wrong. If for some reason he is found innocent now he has a lawsuit against the state for destroying his personal property. This could have waited until he was sentenced.

  3. While I so much want to disagree with you, (because I read all the documents of charges and evidence in this case) you're right. While I highly doubt he'll get off on the more than 100 charges against him, you never know what could happen.

    I'm confident in the States Attorneys involved in this case and this has to9 be, (BY FAR) the most disgusting case AMERICA has ever seen. I'll leave it at that.

  8. Did the state compensate the storage facility for their lost revenue on the unpaid storage bills? I thought that the auction was supposed to pay for the back rent due ....
