Charley, a new retiree-greeter at Wal-Mart, just couldn't seem to get to work on time.
Every day he was 5, 10, 15 minutes late.

and obviously demonstrating their
"Older Person Friendly" policies.

That's what I like to hear. It's odd though your coming in late.
I know you're retired from the Armed Forces.

ReplyDeleteY'all may have missed the point. If you did a job in the past really good, great. If you were promoted and compensated for a job well done, great. On the other hand....
ReplyDeleteIf you decide to sit on your A$$ simply because how you USED to perform and expect others to pay for your laziness, take a hike.
There are a lot of deserving Seniors out there more willing to be a greeter based upon their intended effort to do so than those that claim accomplishments of the past.
