BREAKING NEWS-North Salisbury Outback Restaurant Evacuated

The Outback Restaurant in North Salisbury has been evacuated due to a gas leak. Emergency personnel are on the scene and there are 12 people complaining of illness do to possible gas exposure.

More To Come....

Update ... Joe is on the scene and Fire Department Personnel are stating the call was a prank. They had evacuated the entire building complex and found no gas leak or 12 people complaining of illness. However an employee that was standing in the parking lot was asked to extinguish their cigarette.
I guess that is one way to find a gas leak!

  1. Wicomico Central said the call originated from the AAA office in the complex. Shouldn't be hard to track down if they do their job.

The Fire Marshal will be the only one to do something about it.

  8. That's a shame. i haven't eaten there in almost 2 year and I loved their food, however, when a big, dirty, nasty cockroach crawls across the table while you are in the middle of eating that is all she wrote.

I know pretty much all restaurants have them but you know it's got to be pretty bad when you actually see them in the middle of the day.

Thank GOD for Texas Rode House!!!

  9. Central stated where the call originated, why the heck would it be their job to play Sherlock Holmes. Also, they work shift work. What would 4:30 have to do with anything. Once again, complaining non-constructive people. You all must run your live sooooo perfect. That is why you have time to blog all day.

  12. My friend ate at Texas Roadhouse a few months ago, and a cockroach slid across the table. She told her server, and got a free meal and drinks out of it. But yeah, they are everywhere, so no need refusing to go to a restaurant over it (especially if you love their food).

  13. Natural gas in non poisonous so I seriously doubt any of them have gas poisoning. Some people need to stop trying to get paid the only way that it can hurt you is if it displaces all the oxygen in an enclosed atmosphere and causes asphyxiation.

  17. 3:42 & 5:58 if you know as much about central as you think you do, you would know the administration & mid level supervisors get off work at 4:30pm not the operators. Hint, hint. That's ok, go ahead and put your application back in. They might even interview you this time if they are desperate enough. Yes they are able to investigate calls they think are malicious and take the offenders to court to get back any money wasted on the incident. Now go back to sleep. I bet you think you have had a hard day. (Turn that TV volume down, we can hear it when you transmit on the fire radio.)
