Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Press Release
Incident: Disorderly Conduct
Date of Incident: 22 December 2010
Location: 2702 N. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: 1. Barry E. Haber, 58, Mardela Springs, MD
2. Doran E. Haber, 18, Mardela Springs, MD
Narrative: On 22 December 2010 at 3:34 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office was off-duty when he observed a subject later identified as Barry Haber standing next to a vehicle berating the female occupant. The deputy heard Barry Haber yelling at the female "You took my parking space." The deputy observed that the female was attempting to roll up the window yet Barry Haber was holding the window down in an attempt to prevent that.
Upon the arrival of on duty units, a crowd had formed because of the disturbance caused by the argument over the parking space. A deputy attempted to place Barry Haber under arrest when he began to pull away from the deputy and refused to submit to the arrest. Barry’s son, Doran Haber, at this time attempted to intercede in the incident by grabbing the arresting deputy in an attempt to pull him away from his father.
Deputies on scene managed to take Barry Haber into custody along with his son, Doran Haber. Both were transported to the Central Booking Unit where they were processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Barry Haber on personal recognizance while detaining Doran Haber in the Detention Center in lieu of $4,000.00 bond.
Charges:
Barry Haber: Disorderly Conduct / Resisting Arrest / Disturbance of the Peace
Doran Haber: Interfere with an Arrest / Obstruct and Hinder / Disorderly Conduct

ReplyDeleteyou all are wrong, from what i saw, nobody touched anyone, det workman did not identify himself, he was the 1 causing the ruckus. some people should really pay attention, not assume what happened. I was up close and saw nothing but an over stressed elderly man upset because he was being polite waiting for parking and some rude person just shoved their way in. So you tell me who was wrong or right. the rude drive taking the parking spot or someone giving an elderly man time to park. I know I would be upset, after all it is the season.
ReplyDeleteyeah they both nuts
ReplyDelete1223 sounds like detective workman has locked you up before dont be a hater
