Israeli fighter pilots retaliated in the wee hours of Wednesday morning for rocket fire aimed at western Negev communities over the past two days.
Three short-range rockets were fired from Gaza at southern Israeli towns, although there were no reports of casualties or damage in any of the attacks.
IAF warplanes destroyed a weapons factory and a smuggler tunnel in the southern section of Gaza, according to the IDF Spokesman. Direct hits were identified on both targets.

A weapons factory in Gaza?
ReplyDeleteWhy would they have one, and why would they attack Israel given the vicious retaliations which have ocurred in the past?
Israel has used White Phosphorus Bombs against their civillians and depleted uranium. Why on earth would the Palestinians attack Israel again?
This report is suspicious. There is no motive for the people of Gaza to attack Israel
The "so-called people" of Gaza having been attempting to kill as many Jews as possible for the past 60 years. The founding documents of the PLO call for the total destruction of the State of Israel. Hamas, who rules Gaza, has repeatedly called for the total elimination of the State of Israel and has maintained that they have a right to fire missiles into Israel as some sort of "resistance".
ReplyDeleteAs soon as the Palestinians recognize Israel's right to exist, there will be peace in the Middle East.
"Israel has used White Phosphorus Bombs against their civillians and depleted uranium..."
ReplyDeleteIt was Hamas that was firing the white phosphorous rockets over the last few weeks, Ahmed. From Gaza. At Israeli civilians.
And there have been no uranium bombs.
Go tell Abbas to quit making excuses and sit down at the peace table, or all of you just shut up.
You don't want peace at all. You just want the world to feel sorry for you while you try to destroy Israel.
Bite me, Ahmed.
