    This process, just like everything else, is all politics. Peggy Kent was a far better candidate and should have been appointed.

    He was, hands down, the least qualified candidate for the judicial appointment. He has no family court experience, and got the job solely because of family relations with the O'Malleys. It is a shame how petty the people leading our state can be.
