  1. Talking about second hand smoke. People who burn leaves, etc..really put a burden on children who have breathing problems. OR just people in general. Those leaves can be put in a compost or if you want to get rid of them the land fill will take them and branches etc for FREE. Please think before you burn. It stinks! and it messess up the air we all breath.
