Murder Suspect Obadiah D. Miller Surrenders to Delaware State Police

Resume:

On Sunday, November 28, 2010 shortly after midnight, Obadiah D. Miller turned himself in to Delaware State Police Troop 3. 

Obadiah D. Miller was charged with Murder 1^st, Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony, Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapon.

Miller was arraigned and committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center (DCC), where he is being held without bail on Murder 1^st.
