Images Of Wreckage On Rt. 113 In Newark

  1. Unfortunately, you can't fix stupid. Sadly 4 lives are gone, and several in the hospital. No one in the offenders car had their seatbelts on and due to the drivers aggressive driving to many were killed. For what, saving a few minutes of driving behind a tractor trailer. Those poor innocent people now in the hospital fighting for their lives and the loss of life. May God have mercy of those injured and may he heal the souls and the loss of those families who are now grieving those losses.

  2. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them.
May their souls, and the souls of the departed rest in peace.

  4. OMG! This is horrible. I feel so bad for the young ppl that lost their lives. One of the girls was my age..and WHY werent they wearing seatbelts?! This shows how stupid some people can be...They didnt have to pay for their fathers mistake of driving recklessly ..

  5. By the looks of that car, it wouldn't have mattered if they had seatbelts on or not. It's a non issue!

  6. seatbelts would not have saved anyone in that car there is far too much damage for anyone to have survived belts or not

  7. Anon 12:30 & 12:31, There were 7 people in this car and 3 survived. If the other 4 had been wearing theirs the outcome could have been different.

  8. 3:48 NO one was wearing a seatbelt as is stated in the MD press release, " At this point in the investigation, it does not appear that anyone in the vehicle was using seat belts or in child safety seats."

As is obvious by the pictures the fatalities were a result of point of impact/ positions. For those that believe in God and a plan for life, this just may be one of those situations a person has to say it wasn't meant for those persons to die because it is fate or dumb luck that anyone in the Cube survived that accident.

  9. Anon 3:48, I didn't say anyone was wearing their seatbelt. Just that if those that were killed were wearing theirs, they may still be alive. I totally agree with you however, I'm amazed that anyone in that car survived.

You would think that with the way people drive on it that Wor county Sheriffs would have a dedicated team to do nothing but write people up. easy pickins,
