O'MALLEY-BROWN TO KICK OFF FINAL WEEK OF 'ON YOUR SIDE' TOUR IN ANNAPOLIS AND TO VISIT EASTERN SHORE

Baltimore, MD (October 24, 2010) -- After weeks of touring around the state highlighting their continued commitment to Maryland's working families, tomorrow, Governor O'Malley and Lt. Governor Brown will kick off the final week of the "On Your Side" tour where they will barnstorm the state--visiting every region and encouraging people to vote.  At the kick off in Annapolis, they will be joined by dozens of supporters, elected officials and "The Katie."

Following the kick off, Governor O'Malley will make his first stop of the tour on Maryland's Eastern Shore.  He will participate in various get out the vote rallies in the area and meet with college students and everyday Marylanders at Salisbury University.  Lt. Governor Brown will start the tour in his hometown of Prince George's County.

Congressman Gilchrest will also join Governor O'Malley tomorrow to provide his official endorsement.  The former Eastern Shore Republican Congressman cites Governor O'Malley's commitment to the Eastern Shore's families and his environmental stewardship as reasons for his support.
