I've seen an accident where a Nissan xterra(mid size SUV) ended up a total of 17 inches long, in a similar accident. The scarier thing to watch with those smart cars are the crash test videos. I would never get in one, you should see how reckless some people who drive them are when they get on the beltway.
The actual police report says the crushed vehicle is a Ford Escape SUV. This image came to my eMail box recently. But, I like to check the veracity of the information. Simply, it wasn't a smart car. Google it and you will find the same information.
thats not a car (2nd picture); thats the new george foreman juicer!
ReplyDeleteI think I will stick with my 18 MPG Ford..
ReplyDeleteIt would be smart only if ALL OF US drove the same size car.
ReplyDeleteOtherwise, it is not smart. it is simply dangerous.
