Canadian Admits Terror Charges, Avoids Gitmo Trial

Plea comes amid speculation about a deal to send him to Canada prison

Canadian captive Omar Khadr pleaded guilty on Monday to all five terrorism charges against him in the U.S. war crimes tribunal at the Guantanamo Bay naval base as part of a deal that would limit his sentence
.
Khadr, who was captured in Afghanistan at age 15 and is now 24, admitted he conspired with al-Qaida and killed a U.S. soldier with a grenade in Afghanistan.

Khadr was 15 when he was captured in the rubble of a bombed-out al-Qaida compound in Afghanistan and has spent more than eight years at Guantanamo.

  1. 15 year old kid.

Why can't our military defeat Iraq and Afghanistan?

Are they great fighters or what?

    Or do we just suck?

Older Americans could have gone over there and kicked some butt. The young kids aren't any good at fighting.
