Common liver problem may be among growing list of possible risks, autism experts caution
Newborn babies who develop jaundice, a common liver problem that turns their skin and eyes yellow, are at greater risk for autism, according to Danish researchers who studied all children born in that country during a 10-year period.
Full-term babies born between 1994 and 2004 who were diagnosed with jaundice were 67 percent more likely to develop autism than those without jaundice, according to the study published in the latest issue of the journal Pediatrics.
Babies most at risk were those born to mothers who had had children previously, and those born in the darkest months of the year, October to March, said researchers at Aarhus University in Denmark.

Did the vaccine give them jaundice?
ReplyDeleteMust be the mercury in the 1st day of life vaccine.
ReplyDeleteSince this happens during the darkest months of the year, there could be a link with vitamin D deficiency issues.
ReplyDeleteAutism research is VERY important, because up until recent years, you never heard of it.It is very common now and hopefully a cure,or better understanding of it,is around the corner.
ReplyDeleteMore likely it is the poison given to all babies within the first hour of life. A vaccine for Hepatitis B.
ReplyDeleteHep B can only be contracted by intravenous drug use, sexual contact with a person who has the disease, or a blood transfusion where the donor had the disease.
What are the odds that a new born baby will incur any of these situations?
Why give this hideous vaccine to a new born baby on the first day of life?
These vaccines contain thymerosol (mercury) as a stabilizer.
Stop looking at vaccines and look at the mother's previous drug use.
ReplyDeleteStop looking at vaccines?
ReplyDeleteSorry, but I encourage everyone to research vaccines. I did and learned not to trust the AMA or Big Pharma

ReplyDeleteHow ignorant is your comment??? My daughter is mildly Autistic and I KNOW FOR FACT that I NEVER had a drug problem nor even smoked, drink or did any risky activities of the such before, during or after my pregnancy, and still even today.
So before you open you dumb mouth and speak for ALL mothers who have children with Autism, you need to get your facts together before you comment again!
Yes, they are suggestive ways that Autism can happen. Ideas are from missing links of DNA, Family Genetics, or even vaccines such as thymerosol (mercury). Our medical professionals are continuously searching for those answers for us as parents to help our sons and daughters!
For the record, thymerosol does not cause autism. Look up the 10 year Sweedish study where researchers compared autism rates for children given vaccines containing thymerosol vs. children given preservative free vaccines. There was an equal incidence in both groups. Maybe if we started focusing on causes other than vaccinces, we would get somewhere in autism research.
ReplyDeleteAutism is believed to take place in embryo at the point in which the brain is developing in the first six weeks of pregnancy. It has to do with Serontonin and neurotransmitters in the brain. It is important for momma to know if she is expecting early on. Amino acid deficiency could have an impact.

Thank you Anon 1:54! You took the words right off my fingers!
ReplyDeleteMy son has Autism. My only drug use was some pot in high school. I do not think that caused his Autism. I hope one day we find the cause for it, but for now all I hope is for some help or a cure!
Anon 5:59...who believes what you said? I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks. I started taking prenatal vitamins right away. That conclusion does not fit my situation.
I honestly think they are trying to say anything to sway parents into feeling positive about vaccinations.
717 I bet you drink alot of sodas too.
ReplyDeleteVaccinations have risks but whats the alternative? I had an Uncle with Polio who eventually died young from post-Polio complications. Nobody deserves to live or die like that!
ReplyDeleteSmallpox no longer exists outside of a laboratory,do we really want to become a 3rd world country and relive the heartache of all those diseases that vaccines eradicated?
If you refuse to get your kids innoculated, please home-school them so they arent in the same classroom as my kid.
