Today we have witnessed quite a few comments that were instantly rejected because of cursing or words with &*$@% and so forth in them.
The bottom line, we will not process any of them. There are plenty of other words that can be used in their place, so don't get upset with us if you don't see your comment going up.
I don't know why so many of you today wasted so much time on decent comments all the way up to the curse word/words. Anyhow, that's our rules and we're sticking to it. Our numbers are up every day, so it's not like we lost any traffic because of this new rule.
Thanks for understanding.
Were the comments on the Lousie post? I can understand if they were, not that it excuses it.
ReplyDeleteJust that woman makes a lot of people's blood boil with her dictatorship ways.
There are ways to deal with that.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure I speak for more than a few people when I say that I appreciate the professional manor in which this website is run. No matter what our opinions are or if we agree or not with everything posted we can all enjoy reading... And that goes a long with those of us who have had the unfortunate experience or reading other area blogs... namely one based 30 or so miles south of you.
ReplyDeleteWhatever...
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the no cursing rule - now if we can just set the rule against individual attacks against other people who post comments!?
ReplyDeleteI'm tired of seeing some call others "idiots", "stupid", "moron", etc. Grow up people!
