More charges and an additional $40,000.

If you have a way of searching Delaware....you may find something there as well.

  1. WOW!!!! This crook was on the ball field in the spring trying to be a positive role model for kids. Hope none of them decide to follow his role in their future! I feel sorry for his son. This poor child has to live with the repercussions of his parents.

  2. OMG this is really growing daily it seems now. It's beginning to sound like only the tip of the iceburg as more info comes in. I'm beginning to think just how many years has something like this gone on right in front of his family and friends. I feel for his wife & son since they will really suffer for his actions.

  3. I'd like to know the real story why Pete left Buddy Loyd & Sons to work for hiself. Did he steal from them like others?

  4. That boy steals form everyone he makes eye contact with....think he does it all alone and his wife is totally unaware and perfectly innocent?

  5. Don't feel sorry for the wife - she had to know. He has been doing this for years. Where did she think all the nice things and extra money was coming from? Why do you think she stayed with this lowlife unless she was getting something out of it too. Goodbye Pete & don't worry about the little woman. I'm sure she will move on.

  9. I know for a fact that his wife had nothing to do with this. I am not family. But I have known them for a long time. She has no clue what's been going on. I know that he has been doing this for a long time...But he has covered it up for a long time...He has not only stolen...But if his wife knew about some of the stuff he has done she would have left him a long time ago. But her and her son had nothing to do with this...Its a shame...

  10. 5:10 Are you SERIOUS or clueless?

Maybe you should talk to some of those familiar with pony league & travel ball and the money missing from their concession stands.

Then ask them about the money Tammy collected for uniforms....hmmmm....where is that money?

    Welcome to enlightening 101

  12. If anyone has evidence or proof of the wifes and childs involvement, they should contact the Investigators. Croswell and the other will get what they deserve. Some folks here are starting to look like Vultures, feeding on the innocent as well as the guilty. Your no different than the thieves that this is all about. You make me sick...

  13. Maybe I am old fashioned, but I believe in our Justice System, and opinions are like other things, everyone has one, but in the end, its the courts who decide. Anyone can be charged with anything, as many times as a person can fill out papers. Its like cooking noodles, and throwing one against a wall, to see if it sticks when done. Remember that old trick? As many times as they are charging this one, sounds like there is a lot of anticipation that a lot of the "noodles" will be falling off the wall under the real test. A Court. Should be interesting.

  14. Just in case anyone was not aware, The other (alleged) Crook opted to "sing" like a bird, without a lawyer. Seems he confessed to everything except the Iraq Invasion, under assurance it would go "better" for him. Yes, by all means, when arrested, one should "come clean" especially if it was all "Masterminded" by the other Crook. The other one opted for an Attorney. Wonder why he would do a stupid thing like that? Go figure. Lesson to be learned here people. If Arrested, admit to everything. It will go "better" for you...

  15. Ask Buddy LLoyd. Running out of money to pay his workers could be a clue. Being arrested for DUI and having employees pull strings to have him released, may also be a clue. Just tidbits pulled off the old "Grapevine."

  16. How does a "Wife" know where the dollars come from, when a man works every day, and works a dozen different jobs for dozens of different people? Does anyone seriously believe a thief would confide in his wife, or family? Geez. How many husbands cheat on their wives for years, and they are the last ones to know. We know who they are before the person that lives with them 24-7 does. Thats fact, not fiction.

ARE YOU SERIOUS....YOU THINK ALL HE HAS BEEN DOING SHE KNEW NOTHING...HAVE YOU HAPPEN TO CHECK OUT HER RECORD. SHOPLIFTING, NOT PAYING HER BILLS. I AM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW SHE WORKS AT 911. LET'S FIGURE THIS OUT, HE WORKED FOR HIMSELF AT $20/HR HAD A PARTNER TO PAY AND YOU THINK SHE DIDNT KNOW. FYI-YOUR AN IDIOT

  18. Time to get the old shovel out and do a little digging. Maybe we can come up with a few interesting facts. Just seems strange that there is so much information missing. No one has said what any of the "Search and Seizure" warrants came up with. Usually they can not wait to publish that in the news. Wonder why we have not seen anything. Time to check behind the curtain. Stay tuned.

  19. If anyone has know Croswell for any amount of time, he may be a lot of things, but mastermind would not be one of the things that would jump in my mind. I always thought he was OK, but not the sharpest tool in the shed, not that I have anyting against a Redneck.

  20. Im not sure about the money from Pony League being misappropriated, but I can assure you this. Whoever collected money from parents for this fall season certainly used it as it should be used. The field looks great!!! The uniforms are uniform material, not t-shirts. So, all in all, there may have been some dipping in the pot from Pony League by the Croswells.

  21. 11:26 Ahhhh.....someone has FINALLY mentioned the "911 call center".

How does such a person retain her employment?

I wonder if any calls have come in about her hubby that never went any further.

  23. What a great investigation by WBI! I dont think Workman should be praising himself on here! From what I am told is that the WBI investigators all work together as one and put forth a team effort. They are all great investigators. Look at the team work WBI put forth with SPD in the recent murders in the city, county murder investigations and convictions, fraud/embezzelment cases, and rapes! Lets give these investigators one be THANK YOU from the citizens of Wicomico County.
