TOLERANCE AND THE MOSQUE

IF it is true that the mosque near Ground Zero is to promote tolerance;
I think that a gay nightclub should be opened next door to the mosque.

Two names suggested are;

"Turban Cowboy", or "You Mecca Me Hot".

On the other side they should open a butcher shop that only sells Pork.

And across the street a store that sells and displays bikinis or ladies lingerie featuring Live Nude Models.

Aren't we all for promoting tolerance?

  2. Only if we can open an abortion clinic across the street from your Christian Church. Look at it this way, you won't have fire to walk when setting off the firebombs. Tolerance, yea right

  4. Actually here I have to agree with my friends on the right. If you trully promoting tolerance and diversity, then having a strip club next to the mosque shound not be a problem. Same with abortion clinic accross from the church.

  5. Although I don't agree with the mosque being built there, I must agree with the post about strip clubs and abortion clinics. Tolerance for many Christians ends at the point where they get their way. God will judge ALL of us. He doesn't need our help sorting out who is good or bad or offends His glory. "..each according to his works"...and "Judge not, be ye not judged"....

  7. aren't there adult joints in the area already? This whole mosque thing has been apart of the typical media distraction. People turn off the tv if you report on the real issues constantly.

  8. It is a free country, but placing a mosque so very close to where so many people lost their lives because of Islam extremists is a piercing blow to the hearts of all Americans. It's time for Americans to stand up. This is our country - OUR COUNTRY !!

  9. 5:02, "OUR" means that "YOU" dont get to decide what is fact for everybody else.

    I'm an American, and standing up for ACTUAL freedom for/from religion is what we do here- you wanna live in a place that dis-allows that? Be my guest to leave- Ill buy your plane ticket.

    sometime living in a free society means encountering things we dont agree with. grow up.

  10. 5:48 yes, living in a free society does mean encountering things that we don't agree with...duh

    this has to do with safety...the mosque will be a beacon for every muslim who wishes us "ugly Americans" dead...being so pc in the USA has made us vulnerable...and you fall for all of this nonsense and equate it with rights to religious freedom

    by the way.."grow up" made me laugh

  11. For someone who probably touts the constitution, you sure ignore the parts you don't like!

    This has NOTHING to do with safety. It has EVERYTHING to do with you inability to accept races and religions you don't understand.

    Being so PC in the USA has made us all Americans.

    my "grow up" comment stands.

  12. @6:16

    If you don't agree with the Constitution and the freedom it provides then LEAVE!

    Constitutional rights are non-negotiable!

  13. Tom Davis the problem with you is your for the parts of the Constitution you agree with but not the whole document .

  14. 6:41 I understand the muslim religion COMPLETELY (safety issue)..this has nothing to do with race (but that is what the ignorant call out when they are at a loss:) If you think being PC has made us Americans you truly don't understand what being American is all about.

    P.S. The whole grow up thing is just hysterical.

  15. Yeah, I said Constitutional rights are non-negotiable.

    So yeah, I agree with the whole document. Maybe a little reading would do you some good.

  16. Tom you are the one who needs to read the Constitution. I guess I will give up my right to security/life so you can defend the freedoms of terrorists who are trying to kill us. Oh also, I doubt sharia law is very Constitutional:)

  17. Sharia will never happen in the USA, so try again.

  21. How about a BBQ pork stand parked right out in front so the delicious smell of pork floods the building :)
